This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling appointments and processing refunds for both physiotherapists and patients using our platform. Please read this policy carefully before scheduling any appointments or availing of our services.
1. General Terms
This policy applies to all registered physiotherapists and patients using the Kratos platform.
Kratos reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via email or through notifications on the website.
2. Cancellation Policy
Patients can cancel appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of [specific amount or percentage of the service fee].
To cancel an appointment, patients must notify Kratos through the website or contact our customer service.
Physiotherapists must notify patients and Kratos at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel an appointment.
Failure to provide 24 hours notice may result in a penalty or a review of the physiotherapist’s account.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if the cancellation request is made within the stipulated time frame (24 hours before the appointment).
Refunds are not applicable for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Services already rendered or appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
4. Special Conditions
For home visits, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to the visit fee.
Patients who do not show up for their appointment without prior cancellation will be charged the full service fee.
Physiotherapists who do not show up for the scheduled appointment without prior notice will face penalties, which may include account suspension or termination.
